What is the maximum number of units I can order of a product? 
The maximum number of pieces you can order varies per product. You can see the numbers when you click on a product. Do you want to order larger quantities of a product or do you want to sell our products in your store or webshop? Then contact us.

I have not received a confirmation of my order, what is wrong with this? 
It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. Check this folder first. Can't find the confirmation there either? Then you can contact our customer service.

Do I need to create an account to order? 
You do not need to create an account to order. You can add products directly to your shopping cart and then proceed directly to checkout.

Can I pick up my order? 
You can pick up your order at our head office in Medemblik, Noord-Holland. You can pick up your order on weekdays between 10:00-17:00. Payment (cash) can be made at our office. Read more about this on the page: Pick up products.

How can I pay? 
Payment can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Credit card: Visa and Mastercard
  • Transfer to our bank account number
  • iDEAL (only for Dutch bank account holders)
  • eMaestro (only for Belgian bank account holders)
  • Bancontact Mister Cash (only for Belgian bank account holders)

Can I also order and pay by cash on delivery? 
It is not possible to order and pay by cash on delivery. For more information about payment options, go to the page: Payment options.

Is it safe to pay online? 
Paying for your order is completely safe. We offer recognized and secure payment methods to our customers.

Why do I receive a payment reminder?
When you place an order but we have not yet received the payment, you will automatically receive a payment reminder. You can still pay the amount to us. As soon as we have received the payment, the order will be processed.
In the case of a bank transfer, this automatic reminder and the processing of your payment may overlap. In your order confirmation, you will find a link to view the status of your order.
If you accidentally created two orders and paid for one, you will receive a reminder for the other order. You can ignore this.
Do you want to cancel the order? If the payment is not made, the order will be cancelled, so you can ignore this reminder.

When will my order be delivered? 
The delivery of your order depends on a number of factors. As soon as the payment of your order is completed, we will process and ship your order. If you order before 16:30 and choose a 'fast payment method', we will strive to ship your order the same working day.

Your order will usually be delivered within one business day after dispatch, for Belgium this can take 2 days. Do you live elsewhere? Then it can take several days before your order is delivered.

I have not received a Track and Trace code
In the order confirmation that you received by email there is a link to view the status of your order. On this page you will also find the Track and Trace code.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address? 
Yes, that is possible. On the order form you fill in your own details and the address of someone else. Your order will then be delivered to the address you indicated.

Can I choose when my order will be delivered? 
If you order and pay before 16:00, your order will probably be offered by the postman the next working day. If you order after 16:00, this can take 2 working days. Are you not at home the first time? Then you can make an appointment for the second delivery on the PostNL website.

What are the shipping costs? 
Netherlands: €5.95
Belgium and other countries: €6.95
For orders over 50 euros we do not charge shipping costs. Below 50 euros we do. Why? It is very simple, the costs incurred for shipping (PostNL unfortunately does not ship for free) have to be paid in one way or another. Most web shops pass on these costs as a kind of surcharge in the sales price of the products. We could all make our products a little more expensive and pretend that we do not charge shipping costs. We think this is unfair. The shops that do not charge shipping costs therefore earn money on the 'no shipping costs' without you noticing.

Can I exchange or return products? 
It is not possible to return intimate products.

I received the wrong product? Can I return it? 
If you have received an incorrect product, you can return it free of charge via our reply number. We will then send you the correct product as soon as possible. For more information about returns, go to the page: Exchanges and returns.

Can I cancel an order? 
It is not possible to cancel an order. If you decide not to purchase your products after placing your order, you can return the products immediately after they have been delivered to you. For more information about returning products, go to the page: Exchanges and returns.
