Exchanges and returns

Exchanging and returning intimate products is not possible if the packaging and/or seal is broken. We also cannot accept returns of shame products and liquids for hygienic reasons. Did you receive the wrong product or is the delivered product broken and therefore can no longer be used? Then you can of course exchange the product free of charge for the correct product or a complete product. Returning products is only possible if a product is not used or opened and is returned in its original condition and packaging, as far as possible.

Returning products

If you wish to return a product for one of the above reasons, we advise you to contact our customer service and discuss your problem. You can then fill out our return form and return your order to our address below. We will send you a new package with the correct products as soon as possible. Add the form with the overview of your order to the package. Incorrectly delivered or broken products must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
